Bib pick-up: October 10, 2025 – Expo EPICX, Oliveira do Hospital

Mandatory gear (100k & 50k):
ID, bib, hydration system (min. 1L), headlamp (extra batteries for 100k), thermal blanket, windbreaker, whistle, mobile phone.
(25k & 15k: reduced mandatory gear – hydration + phone + blanket + whistle)

Surface & course type: Mountain trails, mixed technical terrain, marked with ribbons, arrows, and reflective signage.

Aid stations:

100 km – 9 stations (liquid + solid)

50 km – 5 stations

25 km – 3 stations

15 km – 1 station

Timing method: Chip timing with control points along the route.

Insurance: Personal accident insurance included for all athletes.

Registration deadline: October 5, 2025 (or until sold out).

Prizes: Trophies for top 3 overall + age categories in all competitive distances.

    The Trail da Amizade 2025 is a trail running event taking place on December 6 and 7, 2025, in Santiago da Guarda, Ansião, Portugal.
