    IV Salamandra Trail Walk

    The IV Caminhada Trail da Salamandra is a trail walking event scheduled for Saturday, November 8, 2025, in Penina, Faro, Portugal. It features two main distances: a 10 km trail walk and a 16 km trail walk, both predominantly taking place on protected natural trails of the Rocha da Pena Landscape, including paths around the village of Penina and Quinta do Freixo.

    TRILHO DO NEVEIRO

    The 4th edition of Trilho do Neveiro will take place on November 9, 2025, in Castanheira de Pera, Serra da Lousã. Organized by Prazilândia Turismo e Ambiente E.M. with the support of the local municipality, parishes, and volunteer fire brigade, the event promotes the southern slopes of the Serra da Lousã — a unique natural setting for trail running.

    The program offers four challenges: the Long Trail (32 km), the Short Trail (19 km), the Mini Trail (10 km), and a 10 km Walk. Set across historical and natural landmarks such as the old snow wells (“neveiros”), the event blends cultural heritage, nature tourism, and endurance sport.

    With varied distances, elevation gain, and difficulty levels, the Trilho do Neveiro is designed for trail runners and nature lovers of all profiles, from competitive athletes to recreational walkers.

    Corrida Cidade de Alverca

    The Corrida Cidade de Alverca is back for its 8th edition, offering a 10 km urban race and a non-competitive walk, organized by Associação Portugal Talentus with the support of local authorities and the Portuguese Air Force.   • Trilhos do Endovélico

    Trilhos do Endovélico

    The Trilhos do Endovélico 2025 takes place on November 9, 2025, in Terena, Alandroal, Portugal, offering participants the chance to explore the scenic and historical landscapes of the Alentejo region. Organized by the Pedestrian Section of Amigos da Terras d’Endovélico, this trail event includes four different challenges: Long Trail (30 km), Sprint Trail (20 km), Mini Trail (12 km), and a Walking Hike (10 km).

    The VII Trail Castro Recarei, held on November 9, 2025, in São Martinho da Gândara, Oliveira de Azeméis, offers a scenic trail running experience through lush woodlands, irrigation canals, ancient mills, and fresh-water springs.     Abrantes Mini and Half Marathon

    The Mini e Meia Maratona de Abrantes is a running event taking place on November 9, 2025, in Abrantes at the TagusValley – Tecnopolo do Vale do Tejo. It offers two main race distances: a Mini Marathon of 10,000 meters and a Half Marathon of 21,097.5 meters. Additionally, there are youth races and an 8 km walk, making the event inclusive for all ages.
